Gibson Nyendwa is the Founder at Gibcom Marketing Support Ltd where he is responsible for managing a team of Digital Marketing Experts in Web Design, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. Gibson Nyendwa is passionate in his mission to help start-ups, small Business Owners in his local area Birmingham UK, and around the Globe to grow and generate leads for their businesses. Having gone through the challenges of starting a business, Gibson did not want any business Owner to go through the challenging learning curve of Marketing online. The core value of the is Company to provide valuable services, namely as personal Branding, and to help his clients to be found online on search engine like, google, Bing and social media platforms. In 2014, Gibson decided to resign as an employee due to family commitment as his partner was expecting a baby boy. Gibson Nyendwa started Digital marketing Agency, as with this model of business, he was able to support his partner with child care at home. This enabled him with the flexibility to spend more time at home raising his children. Gibson believes that, as a business owner, he would really focus on helping others more. Gibson passionately believes in having a positive impact on as many lives as possible. Having developed his Leadership skills as a clergy prior to his current position, this led him to take on his role at Gibcom Marketing Support Ltd. Gibson Nyendwa worked hard to study and continue to develop and gained more experience while working part-time in Digital Marketing world, and social work services, supporting and helping troubled young people, and adults struggling with addictive substances and challenging behaviours.
